Each Friday morning, for 25 minutes, the entire MSK students and staff take a break from their classes and exercise. Typically we head outside we go outside and walk laps around the perimeter of the building. If Mother Nature doesn’t cooperate or when the weather gets colder our exercise period takes place indoors and includes a variety of fun activities. These activities include jump rope, yoga, dodge ball, gaga ball, dance programs, fitness training and walking. In addition to getting in some good exercise time, this is also wonderful way for students and staff to have some great social time with peers and colleagues.
