Bus service update for the week of Sept. 30-Oct. 4

Please see the following bus service schedule for the week of September 30-October 4, 2024:

Key Points:

• Service for Buses 11, 20 & 17 has been restored for 9/30/24 thru 10/4/24
• Bus 26 will have limited service on Monday.
• Temporary staffing shortages continue to challenge our ability to provide a long-term forecast.
• We will continue to use our substitute drivers and transportation manager to the greatest extent possible. 
• As of Wednesday, Sept. 25, we have three drivers in training awaiting State of Maine testing to complete their licenses. Additionally, we’ve hired two drivers in training that will begin the state licensing process.  
• As Bus Driver applications are received, we will continue to review and interview qualified candidates.
• Sick calls will still present a significant staffing challenge. The bus service listed below may change daily.
