Operations
The Regional School Unit (RSU) 21 Operations department is composed of 3 core functions, Facilities, Transportation, and Nutrition. We employ a team of highly driven professionals working together to meet or exceed district goals. The operations department is responsible for maintaining 6 major schools across 3 towns. The Operations department oversees the custodial, facility, grounds, and maintenance teams helping to provide clean and safe buildings for students to thrive. Our transportation department employs 53 highly skilled and licensed drivers that are responsible for delivering our students safely and on time to each of our schools. The Nutrition department is responsible for providing each of our students with healthy meal options, managing school subsistence programs, and providing meals and support to the community. The Operations department follows the district Mission Statement in providing a healthy, safe environment conducive to learning and growing.
