Below are some important dates to remember. The complete list of upcoming dates can also be found on the middle school website at

May 29 - 8th Grade Spring Luncheon
May 31 - 6th Grade Solar Car Race Day
May 31 - 7th & 8th grade Band and Chorus students to Fun Town
June 5 - MSK Fine Arts Night at 7:00 p.m.

This is a reminder that the MSK Bands will march in the Memorial Day Parades on Monday, May 27th. We hope parents, staff and family members will be able to come out and support these students as they march their way through our towns playing some of our favorite tunes.

The morning parade is in Kennebunkport. Band students will report for warm up and line up at Consolidated School by 8:30 a.m. Pick up after the morning parade is at the Kennebunkport South Congregational Church. Students will go home after the parade to eat lunch before the 2nd parade.

They will reassemble at the Kennebunk Town Hall at 1:30 p.m. for the afternoon parade in Kennebunk. Students have been issued a Band Shirt to wear for the parades and will need to provide their own Khaki (tan) shorts or pants and closed toe shoes/sneakers for the rest of their uniform. Music should be memorized.

Thank you for helping our community and school honor the men and women who have served our country!

The MSK 8th grade teams will hold a THANKFUL FOR YOU meal for the senior citizens of our community on Wednesday, May 29th at 9:30 AM in the MSK cafeteria. Biddeford Savings Bank is sponsoring and funding the dinner as our community partner.  The students will plan the event, decorate the space, create the menu, serve the food and provide the entertainment.

8th grade parents, we need your help in two ways.
First, we need food donations.  Although the meal is paid for by Biddeford Savings we do ask for dessert and roll donations from 8th grade families.  Please use this Sign-Up Genius link to donate:
Secondly, we are asking you to please distribute invitations to relatives, family friends, or neighbors who are 50 plus years of age.  You can do this by forwarding the attached PDF of our invitation or your child can ask for a printed copy at school. Spring luncheon invite (1).pdf  This person (or people) will be your child's guest for the event. Thank you for your support in making this incredible event a success!
