ADP Workforce Now This is the link to access your pay, benefits and timekeeping information online. From clocking information to bi-weekly payroll and annual tax statements, as well as accessing your ongoing benefits and copies of important contracts, ADP Workforce Now is a one-stop shop to manage these aspects of your employment.
ADP Self Service How To Guide If you forget your login information, use the Forgot User ID/Forgot Password link on the ADP service website, www.workforcenow.adp.com to complete a quick verification and recover your information. If you lock yourself out of your account, please reach out to Human Resources @ 207-985-1100, Option # 3 to be reset.
2026 Employee Guide to Open Enrollment RSU 21 offers a benefits package to all employees who work at least 15 hours per week or who have benefits negotiated through one of our collective bargaining agreements. Here is a brief overview of what we offer:
Health Insurance: Through a partnership with the Maine Educational Association (MEA), we offer a choice of five (5) different health insurance plans from Anthem BlueCross BlueShield. Full-time employees contribute a small percentage of the health insurance premium. There is also a generous employer contribution towards coverage for those employees who work less than full time. Coverage for other family members is available and is made affordable through cost sharing. Anthem Member services can be contacted at 833-990-3607.
Vision Insurance: This is included at no additional cost in all of our health insurance plans. Blue Vision Member services can be contacted at 866-723-0515.

Employees who wish to waive health insurance may be eligible for a Cash-in-Lieu Benefit up to $3,000 annually if covered by another employer-sponsored group plan. For further information, please review the Cash-in-Lieu form.
Dental Insurance: This coverage is provided through Maine School Management Association (MSMA). Single coverage is paid in full by RSU 21 for all employees who work 15 hours or more each week. Coverage for other family members is available and is made affordable through cost sharing. Customer service is available from MSMA at 800-660-8484. Claims are processed by Patient Advocates, LLC, which can be reached at 800-290-8559.

Member Assistance Program (MAP): Also referred to as the Employee Assistance Program, the MAP is available to all employees (no insurance required) and provides quick and easy access to confidential counseling and referral services to help you deal with daily work and life challenges such as improving your finances, identity monitoring and recovery, tobacco cessation, addiction and recovery and grief and loss. It is entirely an employer-sponsored program and available at no cost to you, your dependents or household members. Retirement Plans: Pension plans are offered through the Maine Public Employees Retirement System (MainePERS) for employees who work at least 25 hours per week. Certified personnel including administrators, teachers, specialists, and educational technicians (II and III) are required to enroll in the MainePERS “Teachers” retirement program. Non-certified staff including custodians, transportation, food service and administrative support may elect to enroll in the MainePERS “PLD” retirement program.

From this site, you can update your contact information, change or update your beneficiaries, and review your documents including your “Annual Statement of Account” which provides details regarding your MainePERS retirement account.
Tax-Sheltered Annuities: RSU 21 also offers voluntary tax-sheltered annuity 403(b) plans through TSA Consulting Group. This coverage is in addition to MainePERS. Employees working 15 hours or more each week may enroll in a voluntary 403(b) plan with one of our twelve (12) participating vendors. To get started, select a vendor(s), establish an account with your selected vendor(s), then complete and return the 403(b) Salary Reduction & Allocation Agreement (SRAA) to Human Resources. Forms can be submitted by interoffice mail, in-person drop-off, or securely in ADP Workforce Now. In ADP, go to Myself / Employment / My Documents / Upload.
Group Life Insurance: This is an elective insurance option with coverage provided through MainePERS, including basic, supplemental (up to 3x) and dependent life. Flexible Spending Accounts: Enrollees may make pre-tax contributions to be spent on their health/dental care and/or dependent care needs, including but not limited to the qualifying expenses listed here. Formerly known as WageWorks and available through a partnership with Horace Mann, you can register and access your online Health Equity account here.
SmartShopper Savings and Rewards Program Starting July 1, 2026, as an Anthem member you will have SmartShopper available to you at no cost as part of your MEA Benefits Trust’s health plan. With SmartShopper you can compare in-network locations for over 100 different medical procedures and tests. This allows you to save money by scheduling care at a reward-eligible location! Earn a cash reward up to $1,000. A Smart Shopper membership card will be coming soon in your mailbox!
Sydney Health Mobile App Sydney is Anthem’s mobile app that gives you 24/7 access to your benefits, claims information and your ID card.
